About Us

We do cleaning and organizing services Monday thru Friday from 9am to 6pm every day. If you need to schedule a weekend appointment, we may be able to accommodate your request in some situations, however, we do not regularly schedule appointments on Saturday and Sunday. Depending on the situation and staffing availability, we sometimes will clean on weekends.

You can schedule your appointment by calling us directly or texting! We also will respond same day if you reach out to our email address. Please use our current contact information listed on the bottom of the main screen for our most up to date contact info.

In some cases, we may give you an estimate when calling in, however, part of our process includes doing an in-home consultation so we can get a better idea of what we will be working with! This way we can be prepared with the right supplies, the size of your home as well as approximate time it will take for us to clean and have a better understanding of animal presence. Rarely will we give a quote over the phone, unless we have been in your home before!

It is completely your decision whether or not you prefer to be home during your cleaning. Our cleaners know what their responsibilities are and will navigate through your home following any instructions we are given if you are not home. If you choose to stay home during the appointment, we will do our best to work around you, so we are not disrupting any of your daily routines or activities. If you won't be home to let the cleaner in, just let us know before the scheduled appointment if we need a key, code access, or if the door will be left unlocked. If any issues shall arise with access, we will contact you and figure out a plan!

We understand that things come up and it may interfere with your cleaning appointment. You can cancel or reschedule your cleaning appointment at any time, however, you may be subject to a 10% fee if canceled same day.
